ur laboratory is a member of IHR LABOR, one of the leading and most modern medical diagnostic laboratory groups in Austria, whose aim is to meet the highest quality criteria in terms of employee competence, range of analyses and personal advice.

The laboratory at Dr. Karl Lueger Platz is managed by Dr. Gernot Kriegshäuser. We offer all laboratory diagnostic tests that are carried out using the latest technology. It is equipped with all the requirements for modern patient care, so that we can also meet individual requirements and special needs. The centrally located location is right next to the Stubentor subway station. Our dedicated team consists of experienced specialists and highly trained employees. Together we strive to provide you with the best possible care and keep waiting times as short as possible.

Opening hours/Blood sample collection:
Mon-Fr 7.00am – 3.30pm

Please come fasting for blood sugar, cholesterol, triglycerides, homocysteine, crosslaps and aldosterone.

Children’s blood sample <6 years:
Mon-Fri 7.00am – 12.00pm
Children up to 14 years of age only when accompanied by a legal guardian or with written consent from their legal representative.

Coagulation adjustment:
Mon-Fri 7.00am – 12.00pm

Blood sugar load (oGTT), Breath test, Sperm count sample collection:
Only by appointment
Breath test with strict preparation.

Urine release under supervision:
Mon-Fri 7.00am – 3.30pm

Home visit:
